The opening of the fourth season of meetings of the “Science Unites!” club, organized by the Department of Cell Biology and Methods of Teaching Biological Disciplines of the Educational-Scientific Institute of Natural and Agrarian Sciences at Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy, began with a remarkable meeting.
On September 25, the Rector of Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy, Oleksandr Cherevko, took part in an extended meeting of the public organization “Union of Rectors of Higher Education Institutions of Ukraine”.
BKNUC students Daryna Vareniie, majoring in D3 “Management”, and Anastasiia Donets, majoring in C7 “Journalism”, have begun the academic year at Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences (Valmiera, Latvia) as part of the Erasmus+ academic mobility programme.
Students of Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy took part in the international training course “Fairy Tales in Youthwork” within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme.
The Department of Primary and Special Education at Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy is actively implementing the program of internal academic mobility for students pursuing a master’s degree (second level of higher education).
The Student Scientific Society of the Educational-Scientific Institute of International Relations, History and Philosophy at Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy actively participated in the meeting with Andrii Yurash, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Holy See and to the Sovereign Order of Malta.
On September 10, BKNUC scholars initiated and held a seminar on the topic “Community Strategic Planning Documents and Nature Conservation: Theory and Practice”.
On August 30, 2025, Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy mourned the passing of its Honorary Professor, the outstanding American-Chinese scientist King-Ning Tu (1937-2025).
